Day 2 of PACK PRINT INTERNATIONAL 2017 continues to draw strong visitorship from the packaging and printing sectors

PACK PRINT INTERNATIONAL 2017: Day 2 – 21 September

PACK PRINT INTERNATIONAL 2017 was grounds to a myriad of activities that included thought-leading concurrent forum, conferences and technical presentations by exhibitors focusing on industry trending topics. Visitors greatly benefited from innovations, machinery, products and solutions on the show floor put up by 300 exhibitors from 24 countries, including national pavilions and groups from China, Germany, Taiwan, Thailand, and for the first-time Singapore.

Trade visitors were also able to leverage their new knowledge acquired in conversations with suppliers and distributors, and establish influential network of contacts with the free business matching service.

Day 2 Highlights:

Knowledge sharing by industry experts, gain forward-thinking insights

Following the well-attended Food & Beverage conference on Day 1 of the exhibition, which saw over 300 attendees glean understandings on topics such as future trends of F&B packaging technology, food labels, edible packaging and how design drives packaging innovation, Day 2 hosted the International Packaging Research and Innovation Forum 2017,  the SAVE FOOD conference - which was held for the first time in Southeast Asia, as well as technical presentations by HP, OneVision Software, KURZ, Winwon and Shanghai Saida International.


Special Pavilions and Zone

The inaugural One Stop Pack & Print Pavilion showcased award-winning packaging solutions, offered free consultancy clinics by packaging and print related agencies, and presented an exhibit range that covered stamping foils products, hot stamping technologies, to offset-printed packaging solutions and doctor blades products.

Other highlights included a Labelling Zone – a dedicated showcase on label printing technology, as well as an Automation & Robotics Pavilion by participating exhibitors, ABB Limited, Mostori and Golden Robot who featured high speed robotic palletizer, a set of handling robot and UR5 robot for packing and palletizing.


Numerous machine sales transacted on the show floor

PACK PRINT INTERNATIONAL 2017 provided a industry-focused setting and facilitated numerous business transactions with companies such as HP, BPS Bangkok and many others, reporting successful sale of their machines to local and international buyers.
